John Moores University

“Simmons Services recently completed a substantial painting and concrete sealing project at our Byrom Street Campus, the work was completed to a high standard within the projected programme period with no complaints from occupiers or building users. In addition the service provided for the concrete sealing element of the work was a demonstration of professionalism in handling work in a sensitive environment without affecting the operations of the department.”

"Overall site service and work is of a high quality, communication is good and responses are quick. Admin quality is good with a high degree of accuracy." "The painters have been very courtious, finding out when it was best to work around us, helpful, fast and professional and clean up after themselves when they left site. They even took time to learn the tennants names, and greeted them hello in the mornings and bid them farewell when they left. It was a pleasure having them around, wonderful job!"
